Description
Browning Recon Force Elite HP5 Ultra Trail Camera: SD card trail camera, 0.1–0.7 s trigger, up to 100 ft detection, 130 ft IR flash, 46 MP, 1440p, 2″ screen.
The Recon Force is the long-range night performer in Browning’s HP5 Ultra line. Five high-power IR LEDs and RADIANT 5 illumination reach up to 130 ft, so deer at the far side of a food plot still show up at night. Timelapse Plus mode records the whole field while still firing photos when an animal triggers the sensor.

Who is the Recon Force Elite HP5 Ultra for?
Hunters watching food plots, field edges and power lines, where long detection and flash range matter more than total stealth.
What is Timelapse Plus?
It takes photos at set intervals during chosen hours, so you can see deer far beyond the motion sensor’s reach, while still taking normal triggered photos.
Where should you set up the Recon Force Elite HP5 Ultra?
Strap it to a tree 3–4 ft high and about 20–35 ft from the trail, scrape or feeder you want to watch, angled slightly across the travel route rather than straight at it. With a 100-ft detection range it can cover a food plot edge, but most of the sharpest photos come from the first 30–40 ft. Face it north or south where possible so sunrise and sunset do not trigger false images or blow out the frame.
