Our hunting optics warranty is simple: every product sold by Best Buy Tronics is new and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. On top of that, if an item is defective within 30 days of delivery, we replace or refund it ourselves and pay the shipping both ways.

What is the 30-day replacement guarantee?
If your trail camera, rangefinder or spotting scope stops working or arrives defective within 30 days of delivery, email sales@bestbuytronics.com with your order number and a short description. We send a prepaid label and, once we confirm the fault, ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Warranty length depends on the brand and product. For example, Vortex covers its optics under its VIP Warranty, which is unconditional and lifetime, while many trail camera brands offer one to two years on electronics. We help you file the claim with the manufacturer, including providing your proof of purchase.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Water damage beyond the product’s stated weatherproof or waterproof rating.
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, batteries and memory cards.
- Theft or damage by animals (for example a bear chewing a trail camera).
How do I make a hunting optics warranty claim?
- Email sales@bestbuytronics.com with your order number, the product and the problem (photos or a short video help).
- Within 30 days of delivery: we send a prepaid label and replace or refund the item.
- After 30 days: we send you the manufacturer’s claim steps and your invoice, and stay in touch until it’s resolved.
Each brand publishes its own warranty terms on its website, for example Vortex, Leupold, Browning Trail Cameras and Tactacam. We help you with the claim either way.
