Who is the HyperFire 4K for?
Hunters and researchers who want the most dependable SD card camera available.
Can I use alkaline batteries?
No. Reconyx specifies lithium or NiMH rechargeable AAs.
Where should you set up the HyperFire 4K?
Strap it to a tree 3–4 ft high and about 20–35 ft from the trail, scrape or feeder you want to watch, angled slightly across the travel route rather than straight at it. With a 100-ft detection range it can cover a food plot edge, but most of the sharpest photos come from the first 30–40 ft. Face it north or south where possible so sunrise and sunset do not trigger false images or blow out the frame.
